He was the founder-director of Dynatech Vacuum Furnaces, Mumbai, which was subsequently acquired by ALD Germany. Ganesh was retained as the CEO of ALD India and retired in 2016. He has 35+ years experience in vacuum heat treatment and brazing. He has worked globally - USA, Germany, S E Asia
